How much is shipping?

Standard shipping costs $10 for all orders.

Express shipping costs $15 for all orders.

How long does my order take to ship?

I aim to ship all orders 1-2 business days after purchase and you will receive an email when your order has been sent via Auspost.

Standard shipping will take approx. 2-5 days to Australian metro areas, and approx. 2-10 days to Australian country areas.

Express shipping will take approx. 1-2 days to Australian metro areas, and approx. 2-3 days to Australian country areas.

All orders are sent with Australia Post and include a tracking number.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment, I do not offer international shipping!

What is your return policy? 

Please note there are no refunds, exchanges or store credits for change of mind.

I try to ensure everything I make is up to a high standard, but if there is something faulty please email me or use the form in the Contact section and I will get back to you!

I offer refunds if there is a major problem with a product within 14 days of purchase, and a store credit after 14 days. All returns must be in their original condition, original packaging and with tags still attached. Postage is not included in refunds, and postage back to the store is covered by the customer.
